Trade can and will bring prosperity to Africa. Aid helps in certain circumstances such as the building of infrastructure but only trade can create the wealth and produce the employment levels necessary to bring about a radical improvement in living standards for the continent's 900 million people.
This website has been set up to help showcase the trade and business opportunities available in each of the countries of Africa. It is our mission to establish a unique resource centre to provide vital information to businesses who wish to set up operations in Africa for the first time, to showcase the investment opportunities available throughout the different countries of Africa, to provide links to potential African business partners as well as to help those businesses already involved in Africa and African companies to extend their operations.
The site provides a directory of African companies from which international business can source a variety of goods and services. A facility is also available enabling African companies to sell their goods and services online internationally.
This website allows each of the 52 independent nations of Africa the opportunity individually to put their case for free trade. It is our firm belief that the vast potential of the continent can at last be fulfilled. The liberalization of Trade will not only create prosperity. It has the potential, even in its early stages, to create a climate of confidence that in itself can engender further economic success.
Most importantly prosperity through the lifting of restrictions on trade is what many African leaders themselves are demanding.
"We resist any attempt by any country to impose conditions on our freedom of trade" ---Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela
