5b) The contract is based on 60% Tin content. If the content is more then 60%, the base price shall increase by US$213 for every 1 %age/MT above 60%. If the content is below 60%, the base price shall decrease by US$213 for every 1 %age/MT below 60%.

7) Payment: 50% ADVANCE BY CASH TT ON APPROVAL OF THE SAMPLE AND ORDER CONFIRMATION. BALANCE 50% ON SIGHTING OF SHIPPING DOCS AFTER SHIPMENT.

8) Certificate of Quality: Issued by Nigerian Mining Corporation (NMC)

9) Certificate of Weight: Issued by SGS-Nigeria

10) Inspection: The Buyer's representative can be present before or during the container loading. The Buyer can send and put Seal on each bag at the time of inspection to ensure safety of the goods.
