Samie Holdings Ltd is a wholly owned Nigerian Private Limited Liability Company incorporated in Dec. 1979 and started operations in January 1980.The Company’s Head Office and Warehouse is situated at Km1 Iwo Road in Ibadan, Oyo State – Nigeria. SHL has three lines of business:Agriculture, mining, import and export. We export Nigerian Agricultural products, such as Cocoa Beans, Cake, Butter, Powder and Cocoa Liquor, we also can supply Cashew nuts, Sesame seeds, sheanuts, and Cassava bye-products; chips and pellets for livestock feed production etc
We are also in to the Mining Industry in Nigeria and currently have two mining sites in the South-Western part of the Country. We have so far identified over 56 different Gemstones and Industrial Minerals spread across the Country with proven economic deposit for exploitation and export. We seek Investors with Technological and Financial strength to partner with us and our Associates in order to develop this potentially rewarding venture, which has remained largely untapped in Nigeria due to Nigeria dependence on Oil and Gas Industry. examples of minerals we explore are tantalite, lead ore, gold, aquamarine, tormaline etc.

2. Shea Nuts: The shea tree is a precious natural resource which grows in the wild across Sudano-Sahelian region of Africa. Nigeria is the largest producer of Sheanut in the World. Apart from its role as an important raw material, Shea butter serves as a replacement in the manufacture of chocolate and other confectionaries. It is also used in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. We have capacity to export up to 1200mts annually.
3. Gum Arabic: Gum Arabic is a non-traditional export commodity in Nigeria. It is grown in the Sahelian Zone of the Country covering 14 States of the Federation. Estimated populations of over 4 million Nigerians are engaged in its cultivation and trade. Nigeria is the 2nd largest producer of the commodity in the world after Sudan. Nigeria produces all the 3 grades of Gum Arabic (Grades I, II and III) which is used as a thickener, suspender, emulsifier, stabilizer, flavor carrier, binder, beverage, pharmaceuticals and a host of other uses.
